Options in Community Living, Inc (Options) is a private, non-profit organization in Madison, Wisconsin, which provides residential support services to individuals who have developmental disabilities.
As one of the first supported living organizations in the United States, Options has been a leader in the field of developmental disabilities for over 28 years. We continue to learn from the people we support as we adapt to changes in individual needs and circumstances, funding realities and community resources. The vision and mission that has guided Options since incorporation in 1981 remains constant.
Options believes that every person has the right to live in a home in the community as an active and accepted member of the community.
Options' mission is to provide support and coordinate services to enable adults with developmental disabilities to live in their own homes. The agency assists people to make informed choices and reach their own goals, with support available to the extent and for as long as it is needed.
"Without Options I would not be where I am today. They are the best agency I have worked with."
