Support Workers at Options in Community Living, Inc. assist people with intellectual and developmental disabilities who want to live in their own home. Full or part time work is available. Wages vary by position and range from $16.50/hour to $19/hour. We offer annual merit bonuses and pay increases based on how long you’ve worked for us.

Health Insurance

Choose from 3 plans through Group Health Cooperative with varying monthly premiums. Options contributes toward the monthly costs for single and family coverage.

Dental Insurance

Offered through Principal Dental. Twice yearly cleanings and exams and annual x-rays at no cost to employee and covered family, and coverage of up to 80% for many dental procedures, up to an annual maximum of $2000 benefit.


Flexible Spending Plan

A plan set up by the IRS that allows you to save money, through pre-tax payroll deductions for insurance premiums, unreimbursed medical expenses, and dependent day care expenses.

Paid time off

for vacation and when ill and unable to work.


Life Insurance

Options pays 100% of the cost. Employees may opt to increase life insurance through the group.

Short and Long-Term Disability Insurance

Options pays the full cost for insurance coverage that will offer up to 60% of wages if a qualifying injury or illness prevents you from working.


401(k) Retirement Plan

Options contributes 3% of wages when eligibility is reached January or July 1, after one year of employment and 1000 hours worked. Options will match up employee contributions up to another 1% of earnings.
